Immerse yourself in the vibrant and dynamic hospitality world of Dubai through our hospitality internship, MIT (Management In Training), and work program experiences. These unique opportunities allow you to spend up to 24 months working in some of the most luxurious hotels and resorts in the heart of Dubai.

From the moment you enroll, an ITN Representative will be there to support and guide you every step of the way, ensuring a seamless transition from registration to your arrival in this extraordinary city.

Your dedicated ITN Representative will guide you through the application process, presenting you with a range of available roles in these essential departments. This ensures you find the perfect fit to elevate your career in the hospitality industry.

When you apply for our hospitality programs in Dubai, you embark on a journey to enrich your CV with invaluable international experience. Our programs provide hands-on exposure to various roles within the Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Departments.

Program Inclusions:

  • Reformat the Candidate’s resume

  • Optional pre-screening interview with an ITN Representative to ascertain English level and program expectations

  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with potential Host Organizations

  • Medical insurance is provided

  • Transportation from/to the hotel and housing are provided

  • Visa processing is included in the program

  • Assistance with the communication between the Host Organization and the Candidate

  • Prepare the Candidate for the interview with the Host Organization

  • Airport pick-up is provided

  • Housing, meals and uniforms are provided

Program Eligibility:

To qualify for a program, you must be between the ages of 20 - 35 and meet ONE of the two following criteria:

  • You have at least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience

  • You participated or you are completing a J-1 Intern or Trainee Program in Hospitality or Culinary Arts before

Our hospitality programs in Dubai are intended for college students, graduates, young professionals, current and former J-1 Interns and Trainees.

Through the programs, the participants have the opportunity to build their CV with international experience and expand their horizons by exploring one of the world’s most attractive cities.

*If you are a current J-1 Intern or Trainee Program participant from the Philippines, please note that you must not stop in your home country before proceeding to Dubai.

  • The visa is for 2 years and can be renewed.  

  • Yes, you will receive salary, housing, medical insurance and other benefits during the program. Your ITN Representative will inform you in regard to all the details. 

  • The host company will file for your visa after arrival in Dubai.  

  • No, you do not have to pay taxes on salaries or wages earned in Dubai.  

  • If you will meet the eligibility requirements for another J-1 Intern or Trainee Program, you will be able to apply for another program experience in the United States. Here you may read more about all the different eligibility scenarios. 

  • No, you do not need to go to the United Arab Emirates Embassy/Consulate.
