Description of the Training:
Gain invaluable skills and knowledge in the Food and Beverage department of a world-leading luxury hotel/resort through a J-1 hospitality internship or traineeship program at Black Desert Resort. During your program, you will receive training and mentorship from industry leaders in the F&B field as you rotate through different outlets on the property. This rotational program is designed to give you exposure to the international hospitality industry and give you the experience to excel in your career when you return to your home country.

Description of the Location:
Ivins, Utah, is a picturesque city nestled in the southwestern corner of the state, known for its stunning red rock landscapes and proximity to Snow Canyon State Park. With a population of around 9,000, Ivins offers a small-town charm with a vibrant arts scene, highlighted by the Tuacahn Center for the Arts, which hosts outdoor Broadway performances. The city's warm climate and scenic beauty make it ideal for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and golfing. Ivins has experienced growth while maintaining a commitment to preserving its natural surroundings, making it a serene and inviting place to live or visit.
Requirements
Conversational English required.
Must be a current student of a Hospitality or Tourism post-secondary academic institution.
Or recent graduate (less than 12 months ago) of a Hospitality or Tourism post-secondary academic institution.
Or a graduate of a Hospitality or Tourism post-secondary academic institution (more than 12 months ago) with 12 months of verifiable related work experience.
Or must have 5 years of verifiable related work experience.
