It’s Time To Live It & Reel It!
Just as everyone is unique and different in their own ways, each BridgeUSA J-1 Intern or Trainee Program is tailored to you. In the past 20 years, we assisted and followed over 50,000 different experiences of our J-1 Interns and Trainees in the United States, and we have been amazed by how they chose to make the best out of their programs in the country. From spending their Grace Period doing road trips across the country to regular days at the training location, at the beach or in the snow, to exploring the cities and their landmarks and helicopter rides, many lived the #ITNLife to the fullest.
As we love following the fantastic American Journeys of our current J-1 Exchange Visitors in the United States, we decided to launch a new challenge. It’s Time To Live It & Reel It!
ITN & Odyssey’s Live It & Reel Competition is a new format that encourages current J-1 Interns & Trainees who are participating in a program with us to go out, make friendships, have fun with peers from the training location, experience cultural activities, live the moments, and, well… reel them. As Instagram Reels and TikTok videos are very creative and can quickly highlight one’s experience in an interactive and cool way, we decided to launch this competition and challenge your creativity.

The winners of the Live It & Reel It Competition will win an online gift card of their choice!
The First Place - $200 Online Gift Card of Choice
The Second Place - $150 Online Gift Card of Choice
The Third Place - $100 Online Gift Card of Choice

Video Ideas To Inspire You:
Competition Requirements:
1. Must be a current BridgeUSA J-1 Intern or Trainee on a program with ITN/Odyssey.
2. Must follow @itnworldwide and @odcexchange on Instagram.
3. Must submit a short and creative Instagram Reels or TikTok video type of a maximum of 45 seconds, highlighting moments from your training, cultural activities, trips and experiences from your program. Please watch the videos here for ideas.
4. Must film it in portrait mode. Make it as fun and creative as possible, and share your American Journey!
5. The video must be submitted before April 1st at 12:00 PM PST Time.
6. The winners will be announced on April 15th.

How To Submit Your Video Entry?
Kindly complete the form below and attach your Instagram Reels/TikTok video submission. If you are experiencing issues with the form, kindly follow step 2.
OR;
Upload the Instagram Reels/TikTok video to a cloud-based storage service (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive etc.), send an email to info@itnusa.com with the video link, Instagram username, and write in the subject line: Live It & Reel It Video Entry
Regardless of the option you choose to submit the video entry for the competition, an ITN representative will send you an email to confirm that we have received your video submission. If you are not notified that we received the submission within 2-3 business days, please submit it again.
